When playing on a new gen console on the Xbox one version of NHL 24, the game crashes about 10% of the time as soon as it tries to load into an EASHL game.
This is not a connection issue, it is an issue that has been in the game since it came out. You are also not able to join the game back after relaunching the app and it counts as a loss.

What is happening when the crash occurs? Are you getting a disconnect message or is your game closing and returning you to your console's dashboard?
It takes you straight to the console dashboard.
Community ManagerThanks for letting me know. Possibly, this is an IPv issue. Go to the network settings on your Xbox. Can you tell me what it says for IPv? If it's set to both IPv6 and IPv4, it would be good to disable IPv6.
It does say it is using both, but it isn’t even possible to change this in the Xbox. It’s also not possible to change it on my Xfinity router.
Community ManagerThis has to be changed on a PC connected to your network. You should be able to do a web search for those instructions.
Also, do you happen to use a custom gamerpic? If so, set it to use a default one. We've seen some odd behavior with custom gamerpics in the past.
We finally figured out how to turn off IPV6, even though every other electronic devise uses this and multiple sources advised against it.
After turning this off, we could not even load into online games on the Xbox. This does not seam to be a viable solution to the problem.
Any other ideas?
