Game going glitchy

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Game is not working
What happens when the bug occurs? Game does not work properly
What do you expect to see? I want it fixed

  • My game keeps going all glitchy with skaters going the opposite way as I'm trying to skate or making passes in the complete opposite direction that I'm trying to do and just freezing in the auction house. Has anyone else had this problem or any idea what it would be? I've cleared my cache and reset my console but the game keeps doing it.

    There is the photo of the message showing your servers are down early this morning. That is not a * connection issue on my end. I tried to access it for over 20 minutes and that same message kept coming up but I was able to download a different game at the same time. That seems strange if it was my connection? Stop trying to blame everything on something on me, I have had this game since the day it released and have spent money  and never made any complaints when everything worked fine whether I won or lost. I want the rewards I should I have gotten. Do you want the picture of the game crashing while I was winning 7-0 as well when the server went down since it was the only game I didn't get to finish and was forced to take 0 points? It would have given me 4625 more points which I would of finished with 91844 for 2nd place. I have photos of it all.

    Our servers are not down. Which is why I'm confident this is an issue with your network. At this point, there's nothing else I can do for you since this requires more troubleshooting. You're welcome to contact an advisor by opening a case here.
