Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m playing squad battles have played 7games and only received points for the first 4 games as soon as u refresh your opponent you no longer get squad points for the next game played ! I have 6000 when it should be double
What happens when the bug occurs? No points after playing refreshed games
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my rewards and points I earned with the time I spent playing! And get the bug fixed so I don’t have to do this gain please

Fix this

The season ended ~8 hours ago and I have yet to receive my rewards from the Semi-Pro 1 tier. I've restarted the game, restarted my Xbox, and played a few games and still nothing... 

You get the reward for squad battles (and rivals) the day after the season ends.

Last night, my battle points to the next rank was 2,844; this morning, it is 3,403.  I signed off to contact support.  I signed back on, and now it says I'm 3,796 points away. I did nothing but sign off and on. This keeps happening.  I never get to the next rank, no matter how many points I earn.  Instead, the number just goes down and then goes up again.  It isn't about getting the rewards on Thursday, it is that no matter how many points I earn, I never get to the next rank. EA help, as usual, is a waste of time.  Record your battle points and see if they sometimes go in the wrong direction. I'm trying to go from Pro1 to Elite 3.  I've earned enough points to be closing in on Elite 3 but it keeps taking battle points away

Your placement in Squad Battles is fluid. This means that when you stop players, others are still playing and potentially earning more points. Should they earn more points than you, your rank will drop. It would be good to get a good buffer of points to help keep your rank in case it drops.
