I was referred here by customer support. I keep getting a “unable to connect to the EA servers at this time” message. I have restarted my modem and my PS5. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I restored licenses. I enabled and disabled 2-step verification and I still keep getting the same error message. I loaded up Star Wars battlefront 2 and had no issue connecting to the servers in that game. Please help.

Community ManagerAre you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, as a test, can you try changing your connection to use a mobile hotspot? This will help narrow down where the issue is.
