NHL 24 Didn't got X-Factor from ea play when already own Standard edition

As far as I know, you only get the Standard version with EA Play. Where did you see an ad that said EA Play included the X-Factor edition?

That's just saying you get a 10 hour game trial with an EA Play subscription. That doesn't apply any longer since the game is available with EA Play, but it's the Standard edition and not the X-Factor.

The name of THE GAME says it is X-Factor! You can't buy X-Factor edition in normal way for money in PSN Store. There is no option... Only this IN-STORE AD where you can see that IT IS X-Factor, check PSN store...

If you continue trying to trick me, I will start a refund with PlayStation Network Support...

There can be an option, that it is based on user living location...

Because I am from Czech Republic and you sent me US Store NHL 24, where i can still not buy it, but i atleast see price...
In my country store i can see only that i can play with EA PLAY and there is also X-Factor

I'll look into this and get back to you when I have an update. You can also try contacting Sony support to ask them why the game can't be purchased.

Apologies for the late response. The XF edition should now be purchasable in the Czech PSN store.
