NHL 24 play now cannot sub home team player

Did you get a resolution to this problem? I am having the same issue

This occurs before any game is started, whether it be game 1 or 4..... doesnt matter. Usually you select a guy, and go to scratched players to replace. Now wont even let you go there.....

Happens in 2 player offline best of 7 playoff mode. Home yeam Can't dress scratched players. Only visiting team can dress scratched players.This was not an issue in nhl 23

Not sure what a video will do but when you go to scratched players and try to press "x" (PS5) or square it just doesn't let you. Home team can't make subs with players that are scratched before the game when editing lines. Away team works normal for me. (Files too large to record and send vid)

This is attempted before the start of the game, just after teams are selected.  Prior to the start of the game.  Away team can edit and sub scratched players but the home team cannot sub players, only move active players

When exactly are you trying to sub in the scratched player? You should be able to do this before a game starts in the game setup screen, but not mid-game.
