NHL bug that needs to be fixed ASAP with a patch.

It seems this issue has been going on for years without a fix and it's sad that so many people lose their progress due to it such as myself but the video posted from YouTube was in 2022 but the exact same issue happened to me in 2024 nhl which I am unable to provide a video of it because my game is softlocked/corrupted now

Is this happening in NHL 25 or NHL 24 for you?

Just recently happened to me in NHL 24 I am now not auto saving in NHL 25 or buying any of the perks just because of this bug because I want to be able to go to previous saves if it happens unfortunately I did not know of the issue when playing 24 and have accumulated over 120+ hours in my be a pro and I cannot progress any further due to the bug hoping it won't happen to me again in NHL 25 but I don't see in patch notes that it was addressed at all.

We're not going to be updating NHL 24. So, if it happens in NHL 25, try to get a video of it and I'll send it over to the team for investigation.

It's been a problem for years and it's not in the patch notes so it most likely will be an issue in NHL 25 people shouldnt have to turn off autosave and not buy perks if the game is broken you should fix it if you are not going to update NHL 24 then EA should be offering everyone refunds because at some point it's going to become a legal issue knowingly being told it's been an issue for years and have yet to fix it is just completely unprofessional but okay 🤷‍♂️ I've seen you post on multiple forums on here about my exact same issue and nothing gets done about it but do what EA does best and do nothing 👍 thanks
