Thanks! Hello! I am desperately trying to get a message through to support. Please forward this. I reacted immaturely, unnecessarily, and poorly when I submitted an appeal for my case. I would like to undo it. I accept a penalty, but not this penalty. I will be honest: HUT is the way for me to organize my thoughts and function in everyday life when I am off work. I am starting to feel panic and stress in my mind because of this ban and the uncertainty. I suffer from mental health issues, which is why I may spend more money and time on the game (I don’t have a problem with it, I only spend money I can afford) than others. It is my pastime and my way of coping with everyday life. HUT is truly important to me. I have done research on your terms and rules and admit that I made a mistake, unintentionally, and I understand how it may look. Please clear my balance and ban me from HUT for 2–3 days, but nothing more. I am going crazy from the restlessness and anxiety caused by this. I would also like to clarify that I have not used any third-party tools or purchased coins. I am part of a group (or several, actually), but one group where we exchange cards among ourselves, trading and selling, posting items daily. Sometimes someone may perform what is called a “Robin Hood,” meaning they buy a card someone has listed without being compensated back, solely to help, and I believe that should be acceptable. In this particular group where messages come from, many people collect specific players, for example building an entire team of Red Wings players, only icons, only Finns, etc. The only thing I have spent money on is the game itself and packs. I have owned every version since 2016 and have been deeply engaged in HUT for a long time. I was not aware that my behavior violated the rules, but I understand it now and take full responsibility. I have learned from this and will follow the rules going forward. I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider reducing the penalty to 2 days so that I have the opportunity to participate in the weekend content and Champs. I sincerely apologize for my tone and how I expressed myself. I was simply very upset and distressed when I saw my account banned, and I know this can take a long time to resolve. I work 2 weeks and have 1 week off, which is why HUT is very important to me. I was not aware of the rules at all, but I am now, and I will make sure this never happens again. I hope you can see how much time and money I have invested in the game over the years and give me another chance. Thank you. It’s at the point where I could get a statement from my psychologist saying that NHL, and especially HUT, is the best therapy for me. I suffer from PTSD, and keeping myself occupied is the best kind of therapy. What works best is HUT, where the focus is solely on the game and competing. Would such a statement help the situation? My 10 year old just got an XBox One with NHL 24 and was excited to try HUT, but he keeps running into the profanity bug. We have tried several different names; Firebirds, Poppies, Acers, and even 12345. Each one failed. This game is now 2 years old, this has been an issue since the beginning from what I can see. We tried deleting his saved data, including from the cloud, no change. There are other accounts who have also played the game, I also deleted their data just in case. So I just went out of my way looking forever to find nhl 24 for xbox one purchased it and thought playing hut would be smooth and it was all done. Nope whenever I put in any name into my hut team it tells me I’m using profanity. I believe this is a server glitch that needs to be fixed as I have tried with multiple other Xbox accounts and still have no luck. Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but just looking for any help on how I can cloud game NHL 24 Xbox One version, through the Xbox app and EA Play. The NHL 24 X/S series works through cloud gaming and the app on computer, but the Xbox One version doesn't, and my friends play on Xbox One version. On my computer and though the Xbox app and EA Play, there will be no green tab to play NHL 24 Xbox one version there will only be a share tab to click on. On my mobile version of the app it will show a green tab but it says to upgrade included in ultimate, but I have ultimate hence why I can load and play the X/S version of 24. Any help would be great, or maybe it's a syncing issue through EA Play and Cloud Gaming, maybe this way it lets someone know as well. So, as the title says, I'm getting the "disconnected from EA SERVERS" issue. I was in support chat multiple times with zero help. I have done the following (in no particular order) to try and fix it: Power cycled my router/modem (unplugged power and all cables for 5 minutes and turned back on) . I also did the same with my xbox at the same time. I made sure the router/modem was giving full signal before plugged the Xbox in and powered it up. I tried this with the Xbox both wired and wifi. I turned on two factor authentication through my EA account. Tested all connections through my Xbox: nat type, multi-player connections, etc... I deleted and re installed my game 3 times I made sure my date and time are correct on my console. Did a complete console wipe and started from scratch, as if I were setting up a new Xbox. Ive been scanning these forums for 6 hours and have tried everything I can find but I get the same issue everytime. This is obviously a EA issue as I have zero issues accessing online features on non EA games. EA help was practically useless and said there was nothing that they could do and to come here for help and their team would monitor it 🙄125Views0likes1CommentNHL bug that needs to be fixed ASAP with a patch.
There is a common bug in be a pro when you buy alot of perks that you will softlock your game or corrupt your game file I am suggesting the team at EA make it possible for players who currently have this issue to go into their perks and be able to edit them without having to go the full length of days until they expire as a fix for the patch just so that way players don't lose all their progress I have seen many articles online of this issue and it must be made known!
