Hi there, @elminster343
I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

It worked for about a min and it disconnected me from the ea server. Ive done connection tests. With cable with wifi pinged everything. Ive ran speed tests to find spikes. I do not have a clue anymore

Make sure you stick to using a wire since that seems to be available to you. What system are you playing on?

I tried that. Worked for about 30 seconds. It was hopefull
- Jimnzay2 years agoNot applicableI think I’m having the same issue, it may be that we need to update the rosters and there’s no room. Do you know of a way to delete older rosters to make room for the new roster update?
- Jimnzay2 years agoNot applicableHow do you delete older online rosters NHL 24 PlayStation four from the menu? I only have options to select go back or merge rosters. No option to delete all the rosters and make room for the new update which I believe is keeping me from signing in.

As a test, try switching your connection to a mobile hotspot. Let me know if that works or not. Again, this is just as a test and not meant to be a permanent solution if it works.
- FleaRHCP9702 years agoNew Vanguard@EA_Aljo It does work with my mobile hotspot. So strange. All other games work fine with my normal gigabit wired connection. What does this mean??

That normally means the issue is with your ISP or equipment since a different connection is working. What system are you on? We can still try some troubleshooting in case it helps.
For now, check your router's firmware to make sure it's up to date.
