I completed the "Get Hits With Any Prototype Player" objective that is supposed to earn a random week 1 Prototype player. Didn't receive the reward and it shows as a phantom (pink 1 circle) in my packs inbox. Have restarted the app, done a hard reset on my Xbox S, and neither corrected the problem. @EA_Aljo would appreciate any guidance you can give on how to fix this. Thanks in advance.
The same issue has happened with me. I’d like to be able to throw the player into the lineup to continue knocking out the objectives. I’ve got a support ticket submitted.
Same issue except mine is just non existent. Reset console. Still no player or pack to open.
Same problem... even this cant do normal reward claim will better not say anything about god mode golies. And why fantasy hockey objectives is 30 day if sets are only 14?
This has been fixed for me, and according to a few posts on reddit it seems a fix is rolling out for all affected by this problem.
