Community ManagerIt's very rare we get this report and it's always been a controller issue in the past. Can you please try what I suggested? It would also be good to get a video of what's happening. You can put that up on a service like YouTube and link it in a response.
As someone else suggested, did you check the puck control slider? That would only apply to offline modes outside of HUT though.

Community ManagerTry deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 24 and delete the saved data.

Community ManagerI absolutely understand that. I'm just saying I can't think of anything else that would cause this. Since you won't get me a video and you won't confirm you tried another controller, I can't rule it out.
