I have been experiencing an issue with World of Chel where my character's customization is being lost when I load into a game of EASHL. There are no issues within the dressing room or the loading lobby. However, once I am placed into the game, my character's name is glitched out and my custom appearance is replaced with a stock character. My loadout is unaffected by this. Here is a screenshot of what my player name looks like in the box score when this issue occurs. I am thinking that there may be some sort of syncing issue because when this glitch does occur, my name no longer appears in the player search. It only reappears once I connect to another game where my player information properly loads in. This issue started occurring around 12/18/23 and it happens in about 25% of the games that I load into. There have been instances where I play a game with my team and my information loads in correctly and then in the next game (immediately following) my information does not properly load. This happens in the other order as well (glitch first game, information loads properly in subsequent game). Maybe it is related to the server?I would be happy to provide more information to help understand what might be happening and how I can fix it. Thanks

Hey Aljo,Thanks for the quick reply. This isn't in regards to my setup of each customization. All of my players have been set up for a few months and I did not experience any issues until a few weeks ago. This seems to be an issue with my profile loading into the game. As you can see from the screenshot, my player's name is "0.0%". There have been other instances where it is null. If this were an issue with my setup of the customizations, my player's name would be Jordan NHL. Additionally, it is not possible for me to setup my player name as 0, %, or null as the player details screen will give you a "Invalid Character" error if you try to do so.Thanks

@tnvk23 Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 24. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this. Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 24 tile. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. Let me know how this goes. Thanks!

I deleted the personal saved data for NHL 24 and I cleared the cache on my xbox but the issue still persists.

@tnvk23 Thanks for trying. Did you also power cycle your home network equipment and Xbox? If it is a syncing issue, it could be connection related.

Fortunately it seems that it randomly fixed last night. Might have something to do with special characters purchased using the coins in the store? Once I removed a special character the problem went away.
