I've been 2 hours in the lobby room today, searching... searching... searching, without being able to play a single game of CHEL. What is wrong with the matchmaking process? There are enough players around!!! We are able to find a team of six, but no opponents ever. Fix this already!
Almost 3 hours later, we finally got a match going, yeah!
Community ManagerWhere are you located? It's off-peak hours in NA. Also, if you're competing for the Elite cup, there's probably going to be a smaller player pool.
Of course we would love to have a bigger playerbase. That's really what this comes down to. Not so much the matchmaking, but who's actually online at the time. And the way to fix that is to make a game more people want to play. Which, is something we're always striving for.
Does the player pool get lower as you move through rounds? It seems almost impossible to get a game in the 4th round. Doesn't seem to make any sense at all to lower the player pool through the rounds when the player base is already so absurdly low.
Give us the opportunity for team training or free skating while we're looking for a game. customization of the player. anything but staring at a blank screen.
