Want to throw out the mention of an operator being OP… you can’t be 6’3” 210lbs with truculence AND be the only skater on the ice with an insanely good skating zone ability like Wheels. Lol, cmon. That dude moves like McDavid AND can hit like Kronwall- that’s not a fair build. Especially for a paid operator.
Ya, makes no sense why they gave this build EE when they took it out of club this year. You don't have to buy him, you get him free with level 1 or 2 of the battle pass.

I had no idea those WoC skins came with predefined loadouts. Seems incredibly strange. I figured they were strictly cosmetic skins and that was it.

You earn the builds for free from the battlepass type thing by reaching like level 2 and/or 3. The skins I believe should be universal now that you could use it on custom built skin for a created skater.
Yeah, so the ops from 24 carry over and the new ones are here for 25. A few of them have the Elite Edges perk and/or Wheels, which no custom class can get. So they have the improved Ice-Q skating like we all do, but they also now have EXCLUSIVE skating perks that make us look like amateurs because we have no access to them unless we use the ops. Which is whack.
