Are the Xbox nhl 26 playtest codes fixed?
Hey there! I wanted to see if the Xbox playtest codes have been fixed or if there is any update on when they will be able to be redeemed? I tried this morning and still no luck I was gonna try closer...

Community ManagerPlayers that have the same email address for their Xbox account as their EA account should now be able to redeem the code. If your emails don't match, the code will not be able to be redeemed. Updating them to match will not make the code work either. There will be another playtest in late July so you'll have another opportunity to test the new game then.
is there anything we can do if our emails seem to match but the code still isn't working? As far as I can tell they do but I have more than one EA account. The email on my xbox account matches the email on my playtest account

I have two accounts that emails match to the ea account and Xbox account that got accepted to this playtest, and neither of the codes work for both of the accounts. Them saying they have to match is not the problem and they don’t care enough to look into it- EA_Aljo
We absolutely care. We wanted you all in the playtest. A huge amount of work went into this, but obviously, many of you aren't able to redeem your codes. Unfortunately, it's not something we're able to get fixed in time for this playtest. We'll have to wait to get you all in the next one in late July.
yes which, unfortunately, doesn't work for a lot of us. I know I'm not the only one who will likely be unable to participate in the one in july
