Absolutely cannot find a 6s game yesterday or today and it's so frustrating. We're in the 3rd round. Average search time says 40 seconds... looking more like 40 mins if we're lucky. Probably not though since we're adults and can't sit in front of our TVs hitting the search button every 2 minutes.
Anyway, there's my rant. Happy Thanksgiving my fellow Americans.
exactly the same situation. We haven't played in 1.5 hours yet. the third round.
My club made it to round 4 and we haven't found a game in a couple days.
Same problem here.. we cant find opponents.
There is already crashes and error codes in this game but new bug is that when we are searching opponent half of our team get errors. Great game. Some players created another accounts because of this.
Community ManagerHey, everyone. We're aware of the reports regarding matchmaking. This obviously has been an issue since the game launched. There are a couple things that can impact this further for Playoffs. One is the cup you're playing for. Your regular season record determines if you play for the Pro or Elite cup. There most likely are less teams playing for the Elite cup. This also means if you're a 6s team, there will probably be less teams with human goalies. Since finding another team with a human goalie is part of the search, that will impact matchmaking. It's also a holiday weekend in the US so it's possible there's a smaller player pool due to that.
Regardless of these, we know many of you are struggling with matchmaking. When we have some news, we'll provide an update.
