Computer (Automatic) Amateur Scouting
I really hate having to deal with the scouts during the season, but if I don't it seems like they are spending too much time partying and not enough planning. The computers scouting strategy seems haphazard at best and completely random at worst.
The find a prospect function seems to be equally worthless.
Am I right or am I missing something in how to run these?
