Hey there. I personally play on a 40 - 60 ping on Xbox and have no issues. Which mode is this happening in for you?

I don’t mean any disrespect but I have no idea how you play on 40-60. Thats rough. I play Verizon GB fiber and can’t ever go back to high ping.
 
I play all WoC modes quite extensively and have seen it in all modes. Been playing eashl since 09 and played way more games than anyone ever should lol. I can just tell when things are off. Can’t really get you a video cause there is no real visual effect but there’s input delay on my controls and again the ping isn’t anything crazy…15-20. A lot of my teammates experience it in the same games I do. We all play on Xbox. About 1/2 the time when we play PlayStation it’s an awful experience. I’d guess the other half of the PlayStation guys are having a bad time. 

I play on that because that's what's available to me. I'm in the southern US and my club is in the NE US. So, based on ping, we're on a northern server. Regardless, I don't mind as I don't feel any lag.

Are you on a TV or monitor? If you have game mode available, make sure it's enabled. Also, check your HDMI cable to make sure it's either the one your console came with or that it's a premium, 2.1 cable.

It would also be good to check for a firmware update for your modem/router.

I’ve played on multiple screens with game mode enabled, only use premium 2.1 cable, multiple controllers, my router functions very well for all other games as does the other hardware listed above. I don’t see how any of these things would logically cause internment issues.

A stable connection without delay is dependent on a lot of different things. Your equipment is a big part of that. Optimizing every part of it is going to help.

Players feeling sluggish isn't something we can really help with though. Not without feeling it ourselves. We also get very few reports of this. So, it's entirely possible this is related to an issue with your equipment or ISP.  As always, we'll continue to monitor for any issues as well as new reports.

I mean honestly this is a little condescending. Assuming I have no idea to run my setup when I already told you my ping is under 10 a majority of the time and has no issues with any other game.

Long time player and this interaction is one of the first times my commitment to the franchise is starting to fade.
