Crowd Chants
Crowd chants are off. Knights playing in Colorado and chanting ‘Go Knights Go!’ probably wouldn’t happen. We travel well and it’s appreciated but doubt it would happen. Might look into it. 👍🏻
Here you go. Right at 17.47 they start chanting "Let's go Bruins", but they are in Chicago. It's not a "few" people cheering, it's the entire arena. This happened last game, too. I was in Washington and they started chanting for San Jose. It really takes away what little immersive experience is left in this game.

Do you know if you had full pressure? This may be intended when the visiting team has full pressure.
Why would full pressure change change Chicago fans into Boston fans?
This. If anything, the fans would chant louder for the home team, or even boo because the puck isn't being cleared. But they shouldn't chant for the visiting team.
I'll pass on the feedback to the team. Thank you.
From what I can tell it usually happens when full pressure is active. Is this related in any way to online play, where it could be built to show support for both players and less immersion? If not, can you confirm what NHL presentation logic or examples this was based off of (usage for all teams)? I can see this concept for how this fits for online play but ultimately it ruins the immersion for offline play, as realistically, there is only a handful of teams that has a fanbase that would do this in the NHL.
Using this concept and how it works for the pressure system (for both teams), what is the point or purpose of home ice advantage, as this seemingly removes it and makes every arena somewhat generic cheers for both teams?
It could be full pressure, a bug, or a strange EA idea. I just played another game tonight. Boston skates down, takes one shot, then there is a face off. Not even enough time for full pressure. Right after the face off, the crowd starts chanting for Boston. As i said above, if anything, the crowd should boo because you're not clearing the puck.

Without seeing the full pressure icon, we can't tell. If you enable it again and this happens before it's full, please get a video and I'll send it over for review.
