Well I doubt you will be able to help since hours of discussions with agents resulted in me being told that there is nothing that can be done. But in case you are, I was not given my reward pack from the fantasy collection. EA agents have said that they can see that the pack was given and that I opened it (which did not happen) but they are willing to admit that I do not have the card that was supposed to come from the pack. This reward was account bound so I could not have gotten rid of it. Even with that, I was told that there is nothing that can be done.

Surprisingly enough, there has been no explanation given and this guy is completely ghosting me now. Nobody at EA is able to tell me why I haven’t gotten the card that I earned and for some weird reason, they aren’t willing to just give me the stupid card that has no real life value to them. This is beyond insanity.
