EA support

Has anyone had an exchange with anyone from EA support that has actually gotten anyone to respond? I have been trying to get an issue sorted out since Friday and the only thing I have gotten back from them is “we are looking into it, thanks for sticking with us”. It is a very simple matter and if someone was actually looking into it, it would be resolved almost instantly.

    Advisors do not check the thread and keep asking the same questions e.g. when did this start? What did you purchase? Etc.

    None of them read previous notes or just do not respond! Last message stated that I purchased something that I didn't! Seems that no matter what I say/do it's a one way ticket to them saying no without exploring the issue in any detail!

    What is the issue you need help with? If it's account or missing content related, you'll need to keep working with an advisor.
