Feedback About Coaches

Hi EA team, the real coaches were an amazing upgrade so thank you for that.  

Something that I have noticed is that all real life coaches are rated A- or higher, but all the free agent coaches are rated B- or lower.   This means that any time a real life coach is fired the Ai will then hire a B- or C rated coach, which automatically means that team will be terrible in the simulation for the next few seasons regardless of their roster because their coach is way worse than every other teams coach.

I suggest that you increase the rating of some of the free agent coaches, so that teams can fire a good coach but still hire a good coach as well.  This will ensure that the simulation runs smoother.
