Franchise Mode bugs that cause crashes

Hello! 

So, I've recently played through 3 separate NHL Franchise modes with different teams where I would finish a season and get to the re-sign phase.  Then, if coaches retire or their contract is up and you want to interview new coaches it locks the game up and a hard PlayStation reset is required with a game reload.  This is extremely frustrating because the off season is my favorite part of the game.  And, depending on when I decided to negotiate with my coaches, after reset I'd forget that I need to go back to resign A+ ranked scouts or that key addition to the lineup through free agency.  Unfortunately, I know there's nothing that you can do for my goldfish memory, but maybe you can figure out a way to patch whatever locks up the interview process so that we can have a constant, flowing, gaming experience.
