I am trying to invite my friend, who plays on PS5, to my EASHL club. I play on Xbox x. Did I miss something, or is it not fully cross-platform yet? He can still join my lobby, but I want to officially have him on the team. When I type his name in it says “player has not played NHL 25” even though we’ve played a bunch of games together

Community ManagerCheck your account settings for anything to do with multiplayer. Communication should not be blocked either. You can block specific players, but outright disabling it can cause problems since you can use EA Connect for chat.
