Please make it so pucks stop hitting the goalie before going in.
Literally 75% of the goals scored are garbage that hits a blocker or shoulder and bounces into the net.
Also puckhandling is terrible in this. The meta should NOT be to use puck protect mechanic on a breakaway but it is. It is embarrassing.

Goalies have been putting pucks in their own net for years. When is this gonna be fixed?
It feels like there's an intentional mechanic in this game that says "If there is a perfectly timed one-timer, make it so the puck goes through the goalie." I don't mind the one-timers going in but at least let the goalie make the save IF they're there more often.
