hey I need help, I pre ordered nhl 25 deluxe on the 11th, last night they attempted to take out the money (I have enough) and right now it says payment failed and then I try it again and it says problem on our part try again later. Does any one know what to do? When I go on my xbox I can click on the game and it says You own this game come back later for when it releases or smth like that
Hi sir, the same happened to me (Xbox), I went in and switch cards and it worked. I'm also fairly sure it won't affect my purchase date.
Also you can find in setting restore access to games (works fine playstation 5) idk if Xbox have this options

But chances are the reason you get this message should be that the game isn't officially out yet so it says you have to wait.
