I cant start Ultimate Team in NHL 25

Can you send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag? I'm going to need to get some help with this. This is a really uncommon occurrence. Not sure I've heard of it before. I'm about to head out for the weekend so I won't be able to get back to you until Monday. We can try investigating your account to see if there's something that might be causing this. Do all other modes work?
