Can confirm - issue isn't fixed. Still need to turn it on in settings. But hey, at least we've got new flashy 4-Nations cup graphics.
Same here. Not consistently working for me either in club games. My 2nd or 3rd game in after the patch it already wasn’t working.

9 times out of 10 yes it wont be saved for the next game, once in a while it will be enabled but mostly no its turned off
