Is Scoring Elevated In The 3rd?

EA_Aljo  I am wondering if the probability of scoring in any given moment of the game is equal, or if there are game mechanics that make scoring more likely during some points of the game. 

It has felt for a couple years now like there are more goals in the final 5 minutes of the third, and specifically there seems to be a heavily disproportionate number of goals in the final minute - even if the game has a very low score for the first 55 minutes. And I’m aware the last minute is technically several minutes. 

I’ve noticed it happening both while ahead and behind in World of Chel.
