Is there going to be a day 1 patch to fix eashl

Holding on the little hope that matchmaking settings return to give me a reason to give this game a go. Experience hasn't been good in the trial, but at least want to test out a real club game before regular launch. Bottom line, no fixing of eashl matchmaking and correcting blatant AI issues, no purchase from my club this year.
