Missing Fantasy hockey packs, collectables refunded

Has anyone else had this issue during the fantasy event. Complete set with collectables, failed to retrieve data, closed out of Hut and pack wasn't there when restarting. Tried to do the set again and the collectables weren't there, the next day the event ends and the collectables were refunded into my inbox and didn't get the pack from the certain player . Now i have over 45+ useless collectables
