Network connection issue

Yes I am WOW. 

 soo what do I or we do to fix this?

All my other xbox games work online just fine, no network connection issues, only when I play NHL 25 I see it.. so sounds like an EA problem... so what can be done to fix this cuz I spend $100 on this game and I wanna play it. soo lets go how can this be fixed and  BTW  yes I restarted my routers, logged in and out of profiles, restarted the console  .. and still got the "network connection issue" message.

Hey brother, I’ve been experiencing this same exact issue since the game released on October 4th. Four months ago. Spent $80 and haven’t been able to load into World of Chel since the game was released to the public. I’ve tried almost everything to fix it and have contacted EA multiple times over the course of the past 4 months, and they give me the same “we are aware that players are experiencing this issue and are working on a fix.” It has been 4 months for me lol and the new game comes out in 8 months, and I still can’t play world of chel. 

They give me the same exact response every time, the game still has so many bugs and issues even on top of not being able to load into it.

My advice: Since you just recently purchased the game, request a refund. Do whatever you need to do to get your money back. It’s the same thing every year with EA, they aren’t working very hard to fix these issues so get your money back while you can. Like I said, I have had this same exact problem for 4 months now, no fix. Hope you are able to get your money back man, Happy holidays!

WHY IS ANAHEIM'S AND THE KINGS OLD LOGOS STILL IN CREATION?? LOL... THE PEOPLE WHO MADE THIS GAME KNOW THOSE TEAMS GOT NEW LOGOS RIGHT?? LETS CHANGE THAT ERROR OK EA.

This is absolutely not true. 

There has been some success with fixing your issue by following the instructions for clearing the system cache here. Someone else reported that having everyone leave the club and rejoin helped. It took multiple tries. You may also be able to delete the club that this originally happened on to resolve this. These are a few options that worked for others. 

We're hoping to have a fix for this in the January update. There's no guarantee it's going to make it in though. In the meantime, you should be able to play on a different account.

Haha! Fix your game then if it’s not true! I don’t want to make another account to play a game I already paid for on the account I play on! Hope this helps!

i want to report that i have a problem with my network connection and i tried to erase my mac and unplug and plug in my xbox power cable and i reset my router and xbox and i reinstalled the game and then the game runs normally and after 2 days it reappears so i don't know what to do if anyone can advise me let me know thank you very much

Please fix my game, thank you.
