Community ManagerHi there. Typically, new scans aren't added to the current game with updates. We normally add them to the new game each year.
If a player doesn't have a photo, it's due to the league not sending us one. Those also are not normally added after the game launches.

By the way, sometimes the pictures of the players were updated, for example, Zegras in some part, and I remember they even added a face scan to Elias Pettersson with the updates.
The question was that maybe something will change this year and we will be able to get more content in this part, besides, it is not difficult to update the player's photo and add a new face scan, with your technology you were able to add about 200 faces. Maybe it's time to add such a content update to the patches?)
Because it is very strange to play for the conditional Celebrini or Michkov as for no-name bots. And then expect the same from the next part, provided that the newcomer is from the KHL or NCAA.

EA_Aljo in NHL23 both Mason McTavish and Cole Perfetti were added with roster updates during the season. I really wish there was some predictability and consistency with who gets these and when they will be entered? it used to be rookie showcase and players just drafted at least the CHL were added right away and now we hardly have any 1st round picks entered right away except for Bedard.
Then even with the new ai generated scans guys like Tyson Forester gets a full scan Shane Pinto ai scan and Jack Quinn no scan full generic while they all are young talents similar ages and draft pedigree and similar career stats thus far there is no consistency. Really hoping the list I created gets takin seriously by the developers and I appreciate you passing it along. I'll for sure be disappointed if at least half are missing. Also because as I mentioned before guys have been added during the season in the past ai generated scans for sure should be added during the season we shouldn't have to wait an entire year if a good player was accidentally left out. Thank you as always.
