This is the first time I've heard anyone say they appreciate the Total Control system.

I really don't have those numbers. I would assume Hybrid is the least used. I think half the people I play with use TC.
Hybrid controls have triangle set to reverse hit-only. But the controls page show it being board play. This really needs to be adjusted because hybrid players cannot hug the wall and that really completely deletes a huge part of gameplay
Almost everyone I know who plays NHL uses Total Controls, but do they like it? No... they hate it.
I imagine kids under the age of 12 like it. They can do their fun little lacrosse moves and between the legs shots with one button. lol- EA_Aljo
I rarely see anyone attempt those moves. The Michigan is particularly easy to stop.
