Franchise mode is just like that.

Nah not really, u cannot sell or buy players for just money, you need to trade for like a draft pick or another player and if u want to do a career mode with another league than NHL u Can only play 1 session if u dont put custom teams in franchise mode and then it Will be Wrong amount of games and wrong amount of teams etc.

for example if i want to sell my player in shl i want to be able to transferlist that player and teams Can send me bids for him or if i want to buy a player from lets say Hv71 i Can go to that player and talk with the team and make a bid for that player that i want with money. So no franchise mode is not exactly like fc25 career mode

And in other leagues the teams dont trade players for players or trade players for draft picks.

Yes, because that's how NHL works. Football transfers and hockey transfers are way different.

Yes it works like that in the league nhl, thats why im suggesting a career mode for the other leagues aswell. The transfers in the other leagues works exactly like football😃

So the thing that is different is the league NHL lol
