NHL 26 Wishlist

So I know NHL 25 has been out for a couple months now! The game has received some exciting updates! The best one has to be the coaches! (Could use some work tho... AND HAVE ASSISTANT COACHES) Anyways on to the Wishlist!

Below are some things that as an OFFLINE PLAYER I would like to see in NHL 26:

• The RETURN OF FULL PRESENTATION
  • We need presentation similar to NBC back in NHL 19... (GOALIE INTRODUCTIONS, OUTSIDE ARENA SHOTS, ETC)
  • Would love to see the teams running out from the tunnel like NHL 11
  • Full team celebration like NHL 19 with crowd shots and players skating back to the bench
  • THREE STARS OF THE GAME TO COME BACK LIKE NHL 11
  • NEW COMMENTARY... GET RID OF JAMES...
    • MAYBE HAVE MULITPLE BROADCASTERS LIKE MADDEN AND COLLEGE FOOTBALL 
  • Continue to update some goal horns (I THINK WE ALL KNOW WHICH ONES)
  • Goal Songs Return? (Fingers Crossed) Especially the Bruins and Blackhawks Goal Songs
  • GET THE RESY OF THE ON ICE PROJECTIONS UPDATED FOR THE REST OF THE TEAMS
  • LONGER STANLEY CUP FINAL CELEBRATION LIKE NHL 19 AND 22
  • MIGHT BE A STRETCH SADLY BUT WOULD LOVE TO SEE AN INTERMISSION REPORT LIKE NBA 2K!?
  • PLAYER INTERVIEWS LIKE NBA 2K (ALSO MIGHT BE A STRETCH)
• UPDATE THE FANS
  • We have had the same fans for like 12 plus years... They need to be updated visually 
  • Have seats actually get empty if the game is a blow out
  • Let the fans stand up if a player is on a breakaway or if there is a chance for a big scoring play
  • HAVE THE FANS DO THE ACTUAL CHANTS! 
    
    • WHEN NASHVILLE SCORES HAVE THEM TAUNT THE GOALIE 
    • WHEN DALLAS SCORE HAVE THEM DO THE ACTUAL GOAL CHANT
    • WHEN DEVILS SCORE HAVE THEM CHANT THEIR ACCURATE CHANT

  • Fix Arenas... some teams are missing their smoke locations when a goal is scored, correct goal lights, etc...
    • Anahiem Ducks:  Needs Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal
    • Boston Bruins: Needs Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal and needs iconic woo chant after goal announcement 
    • Buffalo Sabres: Needs Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal
    • Calgary Flames: Accurate
    • Carolina Hurricanes: Slow down horn, Needs Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal
    • Chicago Blackhawks: Horn could use a little work, Needs Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal and CHELSEA DAGGER 
    • Colorado Avalanche: Horn still sounds a pitch off but close, Needs Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal slightly, jumbotron needs to have the goalie light effect when goal is scored
    • Columbus Blue Jackets: Horn needs to be fixed, cannon should fire after the horn is done, Needs Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal
    • Dallas Stars: Horn needs to be fixed (pitch off) and needs multiple blasts for each goal scored, Needs Major Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal, Update Goal on Jumbotron and screens in arena
    • Detroit Red Wings: Horn needs to be fixed (pitch is off),Needs Major Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal
    • Edmonton Oilers: Horn sounds a little off, needs updated goal light, Needs Major Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal (blue lights)
    • Florida Panthers: Boost up sound on goal horn, Update the goal light, Needs Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal
    • La Kings: Horn Needs Major Update, needs a goalie light behind the nets, Needs Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal slightly
    • Minnesota Wild: Horn still sounds a pitch off, update goal light to correct one, Needs Major Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal
    • Montreal Canadiens: Needs Major Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal
    • Nashville Predators: The led lights all around the rink should be yellow when a goal is scored
    • New Jersey Devils: Horn is a pitch off, GET RID OF THE SIREN, Needs Major Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal, Update Goal on Jumbotron and screens in arena
    • New York Islanders: Horn is wrong pitch badly and quiet, update goal light, Needs Major Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal
    • New York Rangers: Needs Major Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal
    • Ottawa Senators: Horn could be updated a little bit in a pitch and louder, Needs Major Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal
    • Philadelphia Flyers: Accurate
    • Pittsburgh Penguins: Horn needs major update... Needs Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal (red blinking light all around the rink), needs goal light panel behind the net (there is not even a goal light in nhl 25..)
    • San Jose Sharks: Horn needs to be a little louder, missing their goal light...
    • Seattle Kraken: Horn needs to be WAY LOUDER and update the pitch slightly, Needs Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal (there is some red lights as well) unless they removed everything, also there is some goal smoke somewhere in the arena, update goal light 
    • St Louis Blues: Horn needs to be a little louder, Needs Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal, needs update goal light it is wrong
    • Tampa Bay Lightning: Horn needs to be louder and slightly updated with its pitch, needs goal light smoke behind the nets?, Needs Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal
    • Toronto Maple Leafs: Accurate
    • Utah Hockey Club: PUT THE HORN IN THE GAME, Needs Major Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal
    • Vancouver Canucks: Needs Major Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal
    • Vegas Golden Knights: Needs Major Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal, casino sound effect during goal announcement
    • Washington Capitals: FIX HORN ASAP THE UPDATED ONE SUCKS, Needs Major Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal 
    • Winnipeg Jets: Needs Major Updated Goal Special Effects on Ice after goal
  • REMOVE CUTSCENE FOR 5-MAN CELEBRATION AND MAKE IT LIVE SOMEHOW
    • HAVE THE OTHER 4 PLAYERS HAVE SOME EMOTION AS THEY FOLLOW THE GOALSCORER...
    • IN FLEX MOMENT... SAME THING... PLAYERS BEHIND THE SCORER SHOULD NOT LOOK LIKE ZOMBIES AND EMOTIONLESS...
  • UPDATE GOALIE MASKS FOR THE REST OF THE TEAMS
  • JUMBOTRON ACTUALLY SAYING GOAL INSTEAD... SO IT DOESNT LOOK AWKWARD
  • CAN WE PLEASE GET THE PLAYOFF SERIES ADDED TO THE SCOREBOARD THIS YEAR
  • UPDATE THE HANDSHAKE LINE...
    • EACH ROUND BEFORE THE FINAL EACH TEAM SHOULD STILL HAVE THEIR EQUIPMENT ON... AND WHEN THE FINAL ENDS ONLY THE WINNING TEAM SHOULD NOT HAVE HELMET AND GLOVES ON...
    • ALSO PUT EACH PLAYER ON THEIR RESPECTIVE SIDE OF THE HANDSHAKE LINE...
  • MIGHT BE A STRETCH BUT WOULD LOVE TO PASS THE CUP AND SKATE AROUND WITH IT LIKE NHL 2K10
  • MIGHT BE A STRETCH BUT WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THE ACTUAL PA ANNOUNCERS FOR EACH ARENA 
    • DOING GOAL ANNOUNCEMENTS, TEAM ON POWERPLAY, AND HOW MUCH TIME IS LEFT
  • Before the puck is dropped after a whistle we need more sound effects that are used in the arenas... it is annoying hearing the same ones over and over
  • GET RID OF THE GLOW STICKS... NOT EVERY NHL TEAM USES THEM... 
  • PUT LOGOS IN THE SCOREBOARD

As someone who has played these game since NHL 07 and is a huge fan of the sport. As an offline player i feel this game lacks a lot in realism. These games here and there have brought some of the realism but they come and go... The presentation of these games could be so much better if they brought stuff back from the previous games.
