Every single time I have reported a eashl club name, or their players for clearly racist names (often bypassing the naming filter), I receive an email indicating that I must be crazy.
Acronym club: KFC
Eashl players: all black,
Player names: Neigh - *** (you get the rest)
If you play enough World of Chel, you will see this like once a day, sometimes more. It's absolutely embarrassing that EA lets me know a human reviewed this example and deemed it totally fine.
It's pretty **bleep** appalling. Remember a couple years back when they made a big push for positive play culture? I guess that was just that years' titles box feature to protect the first year women were introduced to the franchise.
Hello. We absolutely are not condoning racism. Of course we want to remove as many offensive names as possible, but unfortunately, we don't catch them all and obviously some reports aren't acted on. Please send me a private message with the player IDs and any screenshots so we can investigate them. Thank you.
