NHL Team Brand Bags

Hello, I was wondering if EA was still hooking leagues up with team branding bags? I am involved with a league called the Banter Association Hockey League. It is our inaugural season of the league, and I was wondering if EA was still giving out team branding bags to replicate realism for the league. In total, there our 12 teams for the first season. If possible, I can give you a list of the team names if EA still hooks leagues up.
