No coach conversation option in Franchise

I think its another random bug, because when i first started test save of franchise mode, i had the conversation with the coach, but when i started new franchise i dont have it (and i dont have owner mode off, so that cannot be the reason). I am on PS5. I tried waiting a few days to see if it wont pop up later, but nothing.
