The thing I am getting at with that example is just the inconsistency of physics between the two. This one I am poking forwards while skating with the player so based on general physics my stick would not hit the player with a high amount of force when contact is made to trip the skater. In the first video though, both examples show the person stick checking towards my skater which means the point of impact would be at a greater force resulting more likely a trip. I am saying that the physical science of it is contradicting to what should happen in each of those examples. Anyways this is kinda veering off the deking topic so I will stop was just trying to explain that what should be trips and shouldn't seems counter intuitive based on general physics but it got too nerdy :-) .
