Please fix EASHL matchmaking

Progressively the matchmaking has gotten worse with design/programming over the last few years. It is so bad this year, it takes me over an hour to get into any drop-in game. Some times are better than others. Literally any change to this system by the devs will be an improvement, as I cannot see how it can get worse. As a note i have allow club games, cross platform on. I apologize if this seems like a rant, but my patience is wearing thin after years of this, but I still find EASHL fun and its worth fixing.

There are several technical issues that happen chronically in EASHL now:

1. The search timer glitches out and will run indefinitely. Once this happens you will never find a game and wait forever. The only way you realize is if you have been searching for game a long time, often wasting 10+ minutes. The only way to get out of this is restart your system. It does not allow you to back out. Extremely frustrating, paired with the several other chronic issues.
2. You find match, but the timer counts down then freezes, starting game notification does not appear. After a couple minutes you go back to lobby with no notification. Theres about a 50/50 chance of this happening.
3. You find match, but game glitches out, saying something like error incompatible version of game, go back to lobby. I think this happens to other players, causing them to back out, leading to "not enough players".
4. Will often search for opponent and never find one during the 2 minute search period. This strings together for 10 minutes sometimes, leading to the other technical issues, people quitting. Start over at square one, rinse and repeat. 
5. Average search is not accurate. It says average search 1:19, but rarely do i get a game first search. Usually takes two or three searches. Population is always low. Maybe put actual numbers of players playing to get a swnse of how long games will take to find. IE 20 clubs currently searching, 2000 players currently searching etc.
6. During search, often get not enough required users. Session does not meet the minimum number of club members to continue. Booted out to main menu.
7. Often times, when a opponent fails to load you are booted to main menu and have to start all over again.

Non-technical issues

1. Nothing is worse than having spent 15 minutes searching for a full team just to get matched with a team that has 2 players. Noone wants to play an AI team. 
2. People randomly back out after finding teammates completes, making it near impossible to have a full team

Recommendations:

1. Please go back to old matchmaking system from a few years ago. Just have people drop into a lobby and pick their positions in the lobby. 
2. Dont start the game until full teams are present. We won't mind waiting longer since we are already conditioned for 30+ min matchmaking
3. At the very least implement a match team size function that prevents 2 players from matching a 6 player team. Please dont make it harder to find a game
4. It is irritating to have only one human goalie vs AI goalie every game. Please make human goalie vs human goalie matches a priority
