Everyone has the same team in HUT. There is no disadvantage. You can make the same team as everyone else. There is a literal tournament sponsored by EA and it's HUT, not ovp and not chel.
Like I said, I can go start up a chel game and play a team that doesn't even care about winning they want to hit or fight. OVP the opponent quits in the 1st period because no one cares about their record because there is no reward for it.

Yes because the sweats couldn't fathom being unable to go end-to-end with every single player on their OVP roster. EA would be bombarded with whiney little kiddos crying about how they lost the tournament games because their 76 OVR Right-Wing wasn't executing no-look, behind the back passes with 100% accuracy.
