Reporting teamkillers in WOC NHL 25

Tonight I experienced a 6v6 Drop IN game where a Defenceman on my team would shoot on his own goalie every time he got the puck. He ruined the game for everyone on his team. His in-game persona name even hinted at what he intended to do in the game. After the game, I checked his recent games and he has done the same thing in every game he has played so far in NHL 25 WOC, some 40 games or so. Trying to find a way to report this player is a frustrating experience, in game and on the EA website. It seems all I can report are offensive gamertags and criminal offences. This guy, it seems,  has ruined many players enjoyment of the game and should be investigated by EA and banned from the game. I have screen shots and some video and would like to assist in any investigation but I really cant figure out how to get the ball rolling on this guy.

    A search online indicates this player is a well known troll who has been doing this since at least NHL 15.

    It seems, EA is incapable of preventing his participation or is unaware that it is not in their best interests to allow this type of trolling to occur.

      They pick and choose the oddest **bleep** to get upset about. 

      Ex: I was once banned for 4 days because my in game name was Sam Squanch (a play on sasquatch from Trailer Park Boys). They did reverse... 3 days later.

    Oh boy I've seen one too this weekend in an opposing team. It started at about half the game, he was a D-man who would sit offside all the time, then in third he would try scoring in his own net a good junk of times then by the end of the game, he would start pulling the goalie all the time...
    Whats odd, is they were winning 2-1 the whole time until we scored in the empty net (because of the pulled G) with like 2 minutes to go, then again a few secondes later...So we won.
    I dont get how its accepted and not once he was getting kicked for poor team play, playing offside as a D-man, shooting on it's own goalie and pulled the goalie a good few times while his team lead 2-1....And yet, he stayed in the game up to the end, no issue. 

    Pretty sure, just like me, many reported him and blocked him, yet about two hours later, I've met him again, just free to do what the hell he want without consequences.

    Pulling the goalie 2-3 times in a row while leading a game, that alone should be enough to get kicked out.

    Find a EA community manager and tag them in the posts

    I think I have come across this guy several times over the previous nhl games.

    I hope I don't come across him this year.

    Sucks that "Block & Mute" does nothing at all... I still ended up in matches with players I had blocked 🚫

    Okay, not sure whats up this year, but another one tonight doing this crap, pulling the goalie out and score in it's own net...Not getting kicked, of course. He also talk **bleep** to his teammates while doing so.... It's already a plague and the year is only starting. I mean, the guy has a CR of 4k!! I've never ever seen a CR that low, not even close....You can only get a rating that low by trolling and purposely throwing games.. but once again, he's there playing as he wish.
    When you look at his last games, all are loss or DCed 0-3 ...

    Kinda dumb how there's no way to report them in-game, you can only report bad names...And I cant report him to Xbox either because he's on PS5. 

    So how do I report him? Any link from here where I can drop his name, platform etc? Never mind, here's the name I'm done protecting stupidity,    [REMOVED]  on PS5,   Be aware of this guy.

      Yea that dude has been doing it for years and EA treats these people like gremlins apparently because every year they grow in number to the point where I don’t even wanna bother playing Chel because I’m constantly stuck with at least one of these jerks since there’s no viable way to find real teammates 

      Add that to the fact that your opponents in Chel always seem to be some kind of squad who need to dunk on randos for ego boosts, funny how these so called top players never seem to want to play against another organized squad where the odds aren’t in their favor that at least one of your teammates is a troll 

      This game has been more frustration than fun for years, they can try and fix matchmaking all they want but the fact is that less and less people wanna put up with the BS with each new release and the player pool has dried up

      People don’t wanna sit around for an hour trying to find a game just to have it ruined by people like this, the player OP is describing has been at it for almost a decade, don’t tell me they haven’t received enough reports by now, they just don’t care but still expect you to cough up the money anyway

        I dont mind pre-made/club team that much, we usually hold our ground quite well and it give a good challenge, as long as it's just once in a while, I'm okay with it. The only thing that bother me against pre-made of diamonds/elite is how the game throw me 18k CR silver players teammates then match us the seconde after agaisnt elite group. Like, really matchmaking?? You couldnt get us at least gold or platinum teammates? It's like the game look for the worse players around to fill your side then throw you against a full group of high ranked players...Make it make sense.

        But anyway, nothing like these protected trolls screwing up games, no way to report them in game, no supervising from EA..I mean, when you're 4k CR...you know there's something really wrong, blocking them doesnt do anything exept showing a red cicrcle by their names and auto kick from games is allowing way too many bad behaviours. I also asked above for a link to report them on the EA site and not one of the moderator, Devs or ''HERO'' on the forum is bothered giving one. I guarantee you next week-end this guy I droped the name is still going to be around playing doing his crap
