Community ManagerOk. In that case, I recommend you try the connection troubleshooting steps here. You also may want to talk to your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.
Has nothing to do with his ISP, this is a problem with the game. This happens quite often and the workaround that I've used is to go into the objectives screen and back out. Most of the time it'll load the menus. This has been an issue going on multiple years now.
