World Juniors and other International improvements

Sadly another World Junior tournament has come and gone with little improvement to the World Jr. Tournament mode in NHL 25. Not only the World Junior mode but International modes altogether. So I tho...

+ give us the ability to edit the players and roster in the edit players screen so we can upadte the rosters before the devs who update it after the tournament is done.
