World of Chel matchmaking is NOT working

Somehow they managed to make matchmaking even worse than 24. Even though it looks the same as 24, the times to match with opponents is significant (10-20 minutes just to match). Lobby style games had their problems, but I would accept all of those problems over this slog to find a game.
