I want to ask what is the philosophy with having rotating sets of customizable items to buy from?

I ask this because as of now we do not have the freedom to buy any item we want at any time. I prefer a store that has all available customizable items to purchase. I don’t know how difficult it is to make this happen but it’d be a nice quality of life experience if it gets done.
