3 day ban turns into life ban/ EA help is a joke.

Hello. I had to remove the names you mentioned. If it can get you banned in game, it can get you banned here as well. Please keep this in mind going forward.

As far as the configuration error goes, we're aware of this and are investigating it. It's happening to those that had their names changed for violating the Terms of Service. I don't have an ETA on a fix, but it should be pretty soon.
