4nations XP event - unable to pick country

After downloading the new patch, when there was a picture of the 4 Countries event, the game froze and I restarted the game. Now there is no opportunity to select a national team and there is no progress of 4 national teams

    Edit: Please send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID along with the country you want to choose. We'll need to manually send you each the corresponding item.
