Can't download or save new roster
I can't download or save ea sports official roster downloads even after deleting all my previous saves roster downloads I keep getting error message failed to save your roster could not be saved because you have reached the maximum number of roster saves. You will need to delete a roster before you can create another one....mind you I mentioned I've already deleted all my rosters and I can't download new rosters or save them.
Tick Rate / FPS / Hz / Server Latency
This game needs to be optimized for this generation console. It only runs at 60hz, Valorant that has now been ported to console runs a server update/send and simulation rate of 128hz with a receiving rate of either 60hz or 120hz depending on the user's settings. Even Call of Duty plays 12 player Team Death Match at 60hz server tick rate and has a 120hz mode in the settings for users with compatible hardware. Lastly NHL 25 server algorithm for World of Chel was amazing West and East Coast players had close to 20ms - 30ms difference which made an enjoyable experience to play the game. With this latest update game developers put back a (best game location) and now being from Los Angeles I find most games are now 85ms - 100ms just like every year prior to NHL 25. My Internet Provider has been the same for years and have constantly upgrade my plan when available and service checks to make sure everything is running correctly. The fact is there are more Northeast players than West. The only way fair play works is by removing (best game location) and (region) of the clubs, have a fixed search by the average player location in the que. Which means utilizing the North-Central, Central and South-Central servers.
Is online Precision Passing still broken for anyone else?
Me and my buddies play EASHL threes every week, and when the Precision Passing (button passing) mechanic was removed we all hated it. That was probably the best addition to the game from last year and we all used it whenever we could. We heard that EA was just patching it and that it would be back in the next update. It has now been 4 months and it hasn’t returned. The other night we were playing and it randomly worked in 2 of our 11 games that night, so I’m wondering if our team is just cursed or if anyone else is having this same problem. For reference, some of us are on Xbox, some of us are on PS5. None of us has been able to use precision passing since December, aside from those 2 games a few days ago.Losing Playstation Network Login for NHL25
In NHL25, if I put my PS5 in rest mode, then turn on the PS5, I lose my PSN login to NHL25 so I can't play HUT. I have to restart my PS5 again to get my PSN login active again. This is a problem for me because I play NHL25 via PS Remote play which needs the playstation in rest mode in order to connnect. This problem started when the last update (01.050.000) was applied. I don't if it's a coincidence or not.
Missing 4 Nations token to make 92 tier player
Hey I just saw that there was an added tier to the BND 4 Nations players but I was not given a free token reward. Did this happen to anyone else. The game was very glitchy yesterday during the launch of the sharpshooters event and I want to know if that had anything to do with the missing token reward availability. If you guys over at EA could just re-add that token, that would be awesome! Otherwise it makes no sense. I play all the time and I didn’t get any prompts to pick a 4 nations team to win it all. I would have picked Canada all the way..
NHL 25 account matchmaking issue SZN 3
As of the new season, I can no longer find an online game in World of Chel on my main account. After three days of trying, I've given up hope. Ever since this new season, it's like my account is shadow banned—it won't let me find an opponent. When I switch to another account I created, I can find a game within the first couple of searches, but on my main account, I could sit there for hours and still not find a game. I genuinely have no idea what is happening; I've never experienced something so odd. I recently contacted EA Help and spoke with an employee named Berg E. He was very kind and tried to work through the issue with me. He even joined my live stream to see how strange the issue was. I showed him that I couldn't find games on my main account but could on a different one. He advised me to come here because none of the troubleshooting steps worked. Changing the connection was never the problem—it's just the account. I can switch to a backup account, and everything is fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, restarted the router, tried a different internet connection with my hotspot, and changed the DNS—literally everything. It's like there is a curse on my main account. I need this issue to be looked at by higher-ups on NHL 25. I will attach recent game logs showing that I can find a game on my backup account but not on my main account. I don't know what else to do. My main account is SCHRAMKEEE, which is attached to this EA tag. Then the other account I have made that can get games is schramkeee2. someone pls help all of my skins and purchased items and stats are all just stranded on an account that can't even play anymore.
